Oh, Those Jokers on Potrero Hill!

Helen Jenkins of Upper Dogpatch says in her letter to the editor of the Potrero View:

I don’t know about you, but, really, handicapped people shouldn’t even be using skateboards.

 

I’m hoping that this is an subtle joke.

But looking at some of the posts here it seems that you consider Potrero to be completely separate – and when you say Upper Dogpatch is that in reference to Potrero? Thanks!

Dogpatch is a microhood with a megaheart, the boundaries of which are in constant flux. Whether it is part of Potrero Hill or Potrero Hill is a lesser part of the greater Dogpatch whole is a matter of some debate.
